What You'll Do

    As a Driver Training Instructor at BGSP Track Performance, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, from professional racers to individuals looking to improve their driving skills. You will be responsible for designing and delivering customized training programs that meet the unique needs of each client. This will include classroom instruction, on-track coaching, and data analysis.
    In addition to working with clients, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other members of the BGSP Track Performance team on research and development projects. This will give you the chance to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in the field of driver training and development.

Who You Are

    To be successful in this role, you should have a passion for driving and a desire to help others improve their skills. You should also have:
    - A valid driver's license
    - Experience coaching or instructing drivers
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    - The ability to work independently and as part of a team
